COURSESTo apply you must have a certified copy of your South African ID, be 18 years and older, and have a certified copy of your highest qualification.
You can register without a Matric – we will require a certified copy of your highest qualification. We require a minimum of Grade 9 to enrol into a NQF level 2 course.
The training will be held at Unit S07 4th Floor Park Square, Corner Centenary Boulevard and Park Ave, Umhlanga Ridge.
We do not offer online classes. All our students need to physically attend classes at the respective Umhlanga Ridge campus.
As the courses offered by Skillset SA are SETA – accredited, they take 12 months to complete. During these 12 months, the student will receive both theoretical training and simulated practical experience within a call centre.
As our courses are SETA-accredited the student will receive both theoretical training and practical experience within the duration of the course. Therefore, upon completing the course, the student will have gained sufficient practical experience within an actual call centre.
Yes, if the student has completed and submitted all POE’s and Assignments after the 12-months period of studying with us, they will be eligible to graduate.
No, you need to remain unemployed for the duration of the training. As the courses are full time and require practical work experience within an actual call centre.
A student will study one course at a time and once completed, may enrol for a second course.
