Founded upon a vision to make a significant difference in the lives of South Africans, we saw the opportunity to build on our economy’s greatest asset – its people. Our goal is to go beyond development programmes and incorporate a more expansive employee growth plan, for future performance as well as immediate career role improvement. By offering world-class, demand-led training and fast-tracking placements, bigger and better opportunities are here for the youths taking.
We’ve taken a comprehensive approach to provide opportunities in the up-skilling of the employed, underemployed and unemployed citizens of South Africa, with an aim to improve their employability and performance in their chosen fields within the call centre industry.
Our skills development is a primary means of enabling young people to reach for their full potential, translating these learnings into workforce actions and give these future leaders the ultimate competitive advantage.
WHY CHOOSE US?
As expert skills development and accreditation consultants, we pride ourselves on the high-quality service we offer our students and strive to live the values of integrity, excellence and collaboration in all interactions.
For every problem, we employ a sustainable solution. You just have to find it or create it.
In South Africa, our biggest challenge is youth unemployment, and the solution is market-driven education and training, designed to empower youth and uplift communities through the multiplier of employment and compensation.
Our market-driven training programmes contribute to the economy by identifying the needs of employers in the call centre industry and training people to become more qualified and equipped in those areas. The result is a long-term sustainable solution to Africa’s unemployment crisis.

WHAT WE OFFER
Learnerships
A learnership is a two-pronged approach for achieving a SAQA registered qualification and gaining practical work-based experience. They are offered by accredited skills development providers and help prospect companies establish a full-time vacancy. It also provides the business with “extra hands” which, if properly planned, will improve productivity and open up a future career path for the learner.
Part Qualifications
A part qualification is made up of a number of chosen modules within the programmes offered, and together they make up the required unit standards to achieve a certificate. Part Qualifications count towards your BEE spend and are offered by accredited skills development providers.
Benefits of SETA-accredited training for employees
Employees, or potential employees, who attend a SETA-accredited course can first and foremost rest assured in the knowledge that they have completed a training course that has met their industry’s SETA requirements, meaning that they have gained relevant, high-quality skills from a well- qualified, reputable trainer. Any qualifications they earn this way will stay with them for a lifetime.
Secondly, SETA-accredited courses are nationally recognised by employers in that industry. This can open up new opportunities for employment and self-improvement in ways that non-accredited courses cannot offer. Furthermore, some SETA-accredited courses carry NQF credits, which count towards full formal qualifications.
Skills development is a key player in reducing the unemployment rate. As mentioned, our goal is to give young unemployed South Africans like yourself the chance at a better life. If you have the same goal, then this is what you’ve been waiting for.
